• SMS or Text Messaging refers to short message service text communications sent to or received from a mobile phone number.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

Information sharing related to mobile data is strictly limited to subcontractors that directly support our messaging services (for example, our SMS messaging platform provider) and is used only as necessary to operate the messaging program — never for their independent marketing purposes.

We use Your mobile phone number only to:

• Send service-related notifications, appointment reminders, and account updates
• Respond to Your inquiries and support requests
• Send messages You have opted in to receive
• Provide customer support

You opt in to receive text messages from LEKSYS by providing Your mobile number on a LEKSYS form, by replying to a confirmation text, or by otherwise affirmatively consenting. The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

Note: We do not send marketing or promotional content via SMS unless You have separately and specifically opted in to such marketing communications.

• For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets.

Important — Mobile Information Carve-Out: Notwithstanding any other provision of this Privacy Policy, We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent records with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies regardless of any other sharing provision in this Privacy Policy.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. SMS opt-out records are retained as required by applicable law.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
